GUYS its all gone wrong! So Friday (DAY 5) started all good turned I lost 2 pounds/ 1 kg. I was feeling great, until the day just got a bit too much and my mood changed completely, I even had to invite my mum round for a movie day just to feel better and she came with a can a coke and that's where it went down hill.....
I swore I wouldn't drink any fizzy drinks unless I went out for a dinner, but I was so thirsty and sick of water I drank it! I felt so unbelievably guilty after and at that point I was like Fudge it! it's the weekend, Positive thinking but not the best attitude when dieting.
Its not like I ate a large amount Friday but I didn't cut down on the things I should of for example we had fish cakes, chips and spaghetti hoops, I'm the type of girl who can eat the same sometimes even more than her boyfriend! and we normally have 3 fish cakes each which is a lot I think but there so YUM! I was going to have 2 but I ended up having 3, (No will power).
Right Saturday (DAY 6), standard bowl of crunchy nut for breakfast, Cheese Sandwich (brown bread) packet of crisps and a cheese string for Lunch. Then later on we were going out for a meal with friends and we ended up going to this amazing!!! Diner called Route 66 where the portions are just WOAAH! I shouldn't of but apart from a huge main course Cajun Chicken Pasta I also had a starter, a Combo platter for two with my friend which consisted of... Garlic mushrooms, garlic bread. potato skins, chicken goujons, and buffalo wings (OMG) so I was a little fatty, BUT I never had a milkshake which I am so proud that I didn't because I could of no challenge LOL. Then we had a few drinks and I drank 3 glasses of Lambrusco but everyone deserves a drink at the weekend ;)
So that brings us to today, Sunday (DAY 7) I got up really late so I missed most of today's eating time hehe, I woke up around 1 and had a smoothie and a cereal bar, then all day I have just been picking think I had 2 cheese strings ( I am so greedy) and a tiny bit of some weight watchers pasta that Mikey was eating, he's not on a diet but I forgot to do a food shop so the fridge is a bit empty lol.
I've had such a chilled Sunday, movie day with Mikey and now he's making me a lovely (smells amazing) chicken and potato curry, I'm so lucky, and I might as well finish the rest of the lambrusco there is only a few glasses left and I've got a busy week ahead.
Anyway loves that is all I have eaten this weekend, I've probably put on the 2 pounds I lost but I'm going to work extra hard at it this week!
