Hey loves!
today has been a complete disaster! I messed my routine up right from the beginning by getting up at half 8 instead of half 7! Then realising I had nothing in the house for breakfast or lunch, so after dropping Mikey off at work, I had to rush to the shops and get some bits and in the shop I managed to smash my phone in the fruit and veg aisle! Great start to the day
Breakfast - for breakie I had just your average weetabix (1 1/2) with a tiny bit of sugar, and skimmed milk! and to drink a starbucks frappuccino.
Lunch - So for lunch I ended up with dry-ish (after scrapping all the last bits out of the butter) crackers and cheese and a banana, to drink I had to have a Tassimo capuccino because I didn't go to sleep till half 1 and it was my first day back at work after holidays so I needed to look alive!
Ok..... I don't drink enough water, that was something I was determined to sort out in my plan, so when I went to the supermarket got a 1.5l bottle and was determined to drink it, but stupid me left it at home when I went to work, then I bought another one at work and left that behind when I returned so I have no Idea how much I have drank!
OOOOooops!! So you can probably tell by now that my day hasn't gone quite to plan hopefully tomorrow will a lot more organized and healthy, but I am being completely honest during this Plan, want to show you the real way!
