Journey to a healthier life! DAY 4

While I am typing this I am starving and watching Mikey eat a Kit kat yoghurt! waaaaaaa! I can't take it any more,  It's weigh day tomorrow and I really hope I've lost some weight because this is always the point I give up!

Weight (when last checked) 12 stone 6 pounds - 80 kg

Healthy eating - 4/10
Routine - 2/10

I didn't get up till 8.15 today, not like I was going to get up the time I wanted (half 7) because I haven't achieved it all week, I normally take Mikey to work in the morning but today my mum drove because she had to go there and Mikey and I had an appointment at the bank, but being driven somewhere just makes me so tired, when I drive every morning that wakes me up and being a passenger just makes me exhausted, I feel asleep in the middle of a car park! I didn't get home in time for breakfast because I was helping my mum get some stock for her shop, so I demolished one of these bad boys in between shops.  Then hugged the box all the way home because I really wanted to eat all 6 but hugging made me feel closer to them haha.
Today I have been so drained that when I got home at 11 I feel asleep till 1 and woke up feeling even more tired, so I woke up and had to rush around before work, for Lunch I had a Lunchable, Kit kat yoghurt and a cup of coffee ignore the yoghurt drink in the picture I didn't fancy it in the end.


Dinner was crap, that's probably why I'm starving now, I had a meal for one cottage pie from Iceland, It was Okay, I mean there wasn't anything particularly  wrong with it but I think it was the mash potato. Mash potato is one of my favourite things to eat and I'm very fussy and how it should be made, and the meal for one mash was not creamy enough. Sort it out Iceland :). 

I've hardly had anything to drink today which is really bad and I've noticed the difference in not drink because my head feels swollen which is causing a very mild migraine and all I want to do is snack on things, but I CAN'T and it's WEIGH DAY tomorrow, If interested in seeing the results keep an eye out on my blog also on my YouTube channel for the weekly video.

Right I'm going to get into bed because I'm to lazy to walk to the kitchen from there so at least I wont be tempted haha.
