Journey to a healthier life. DAY 2

Weight (when last checked) 12 stone 6 pounds - 80 kg
Healthy eating - 5/10
Routine - 1/10 

Alright Loves! 
 
DAY 2! The routine is still going horrible I wanted to get up at half 7 and ended up getting up at 9.45 which is the time I have to leave the house! 

For breakfast didn't really opt for the healthiest option as on Tuesdays I post my Tasty Tuesday's blog so wanted to try something YUMMM 




Lunchtime! For Lunch I swapped the white to brown! (always a good decision when trying to loose a bit) made my myself a cheese sandwich and some apple slices! 







Dinner
is always difficult because I'm not in charge, when I got in from work I have a massive bowl of spag bol ready for me, I get man size portions LOL I didn't want to say anything because Mikey had prepared with broken fingers. So kudos to him!  TOP CHEF





Water: Today I have drank 2L. Which is  A LOT for me and now I can't stop peeing hehe.

Well Beauts I'm going to love you and leave you there... Weigh day is only 2 days away! Wonder how much I've lost or GAINED! eeekkk have no clue what the results could be... keep an eye out on my youtube channel for the Week 1 Update. 
I'm going to get some sleep soon-age because I am determined to get up at Half 7 tomorrow!
