I've had a really good day today!! I didn't get up at half 7 like I would of liked but 8 isn't to bad, had a shower and managed to get my natty hair washed because there wasn't much more improvising I could do (we've all been there)
I'd arraigned to meet to my mum for breakfast this morning, We went to a gorgeous cafe just on the corner of the high-street and I had a Tostada (Spanish toast) with tomatoes and fresh cheese accompanied by a fresh orange juice.
So I ended up with the same as yesterday cheese sliced sandwich, Instead of an apple I had a small handful of cheetos. Though I have to say can really feel the difference eating brown bread instead of white, I find it easier to digest (Could just be me though).
Seen as I'm being honest with you guys, I must confess I did get up for some more chips. :$ oooppps
I have only had one litre of water today and struggled, and have also drank a lot of coffee because I haven't been sleeping very well. Actually that's something I wanted to discuss..... Does anyone go to sleep when the do and wake up the next morning thinking it's 5 minutes after they fell sleep and it turns out you've had 7 hours but feel so drained? Well this has been happening to me all week and It's peeing me off now because I feel like I haven't slept! It could be the change in routine and diet maybe? I don't know...
