Journey to a healthier life! DAY 16

Current Weight - 12 stone 2 (Friday) then checked again yesterday 12 stone 6 (don't ask how that happened!) 
Goal by December - 10 stone 7 or 11 stone


Hopefully this is what I will be like in DECEMBER
minus not having any boobs and seeing a willy there LOL 

Today I am FEELING GOOD! I had a cheeky unexpected day of work, and some much needed me time!
Breakfast _ I had some toast and jam a lush cup of coffee at my favourite cafe and a girlie chat with the future sister in-law
Lunch_ Lentil soup AGAIN, I can't help it! its sooo yummy and super healthy, so it's not a bad thing!
Dinner_ Pork Chops, mash potatoes and homemade Yorkshire Pudding all prepared, cooked and served by lil ol' me!  check out the blog post for the recipie for the Yorkshire Puds here! >http://cup-of-rosielee.blogspot.com.es/2014/09/tasty-tuesdays-home-made-yorkshire.html

And that's all folks! I done no snacking today! and drank lots so I'm very hydrated.
