Hello lovely people
I have been a bit MIA recently and I haven't been able to blog about all the things promised, things are just getting a bit out of control my neck of the woods and have no time!
Since the September 1st I said I would blog daily about what I have eaten said day for my journey to a healthier life, I also said I would upload a weekly video on my Youtube Channel of weigh day and progress update.
I'm finding it very difficult to keep up to date with everything so I'm afraid I will no longer be posting daily blogs and weekly videos, I am still on my journey and hope to achieve my goal by September and will probably do a weekly update, but not everyday.
I'm truly sorry if you have followed my progress from the beginning, but I would rather do something 100% than 50% here and there.
I will be getting back on track with my Monday - Friday blog posts and hopefully film so more Youtube videos on different subjects e.g. Hauls, Disneybounding and House makeover as I have just bought a house that needs some serious work and Cannot wait to get cracking! It should be fun :)

As usual on a Sunday I don't get up till lunch time, so around 12ish for Brunch I had a Sausage sandwich. I had such a chilled Sunday I put on Disney Film (Peter Pan) and made chilli con carne so it wasn't a rush round dinner time. It was so tasty If I do say so myself.

Ah well it was Sunday and that's the day of rest/scoffing your face hehe.
Today has been so good! despite the fact I hate Monday's I always feel like I have more of a balance in the week.
Breakfast: Cornflakes & Latte
Lunch: Corn beef Sandwich & a packet of Quavers
I also had another Latte before going to work because I was still hungry and needed something to wake me up so it filled a gap.
Dinner: Chicken in the bag with new potatoes and Tomatoes.
I know that drinking Coke the last week didn't help at all so I'm not touching any fizzy drinks all week unless its when I've gone out for tea. Setting myself a rule not to drink Fizzy drinks in the house!

Who hates Monday's? I DO!
But when "All about that base" comes on, on the radio I can't help but feel happy! I love this song its so upbeat, the tone of her voice is amazing and I love what it's about!
Especially seen as I'm on this Journey to a healthier life and the last week didn't go to according to plan, I gained weight! The song makes me feel confident again and reminds that each individual is beautiful in their own way!
The colours in the Video are lush, pastels are my favourite colours at the moment and as I'm moving house my living room is going to be full of them (Kinda went off track then)
I think I'm going to be loving this song for a while!

It's Wednesday So I'm talking about Weddings! Wooohooo
Today's topic is The Hen Party , which is something I'm not that bothered about Until now where I came up with the greatest idea EVER!
A traditional Hen party would be with a stripper or somewhere on holiday like Ibiza, Benidorm those types of places... and they are not for me and I have two acceptable reasons why!
1) I hate strippers! they make me feel so uncomfortable (nothing against them) and there's only one man I want to see naked and that's Channing Tatum hahaha just kidding obviously my fiance!
2) I already live in Spain, I can go to Benidorm any time and I've gone off it to be fair, been there done that!
Soooo..... as I have an obsession with Paris! (I was proposed to there, Disneyland to be exact) and the last time I went there I really wanted to go to the Moulin Rouge but didn't have enough time, Why not get all my Chicks wisk ourselves off to Paris, and enjoy an amazing weekend, Night out at the Moulin Rouge and maybe a cheeky day in Disneyland!
As the wedding is not for another 808 days and I'm planning on having the Hen party in the summer of 2016! We have plenty of time to save and prepare!
oooooooh Can't wait!

I was struggling deciding on what to make today! I should of made lots of different tasty things seen as I had the day off, but I didn't.
Then it hit me! I was planning on having pork chops, mash and Yorkshire Puddings for dinner, so I thought instead of buying the Yorkshire Puds why not try and make them! It doesn't take very long to make the batter and its exactly the same as Crepe mixture.
I have tried making this before and it's never turned out brilliant but today I was determined!

I never stick to it exactly but I didn't really change much in this recipe, only thing different was I didn't add white pepper!

we've got a lot to talk about 3 days worth of food talk! So I'm just going to get straight to it!
DAY 13 (Saturday)
Breakfast / Lunch I had a bacon and egg baguette, felt so bad but tasted soooo good!
Dinner: I had a 2 chicken and salad in pita breads they were lush and a quick meal if you're in a rush!
Then things went wrong.. I got far too drunk on rosay and apparently but can't remember I had some shrimp fried rice from the Chinese restaurant at half 12 oh god!
DAY 14 due to an excessive amount of anger, I had the worst hangover ! and didn't make breakfast. I woke up at 2, then went for Sunday dinner which I booked the night before couldn't remember that either! but that was lovely, I had lamb, mash potatoes, Yorkshire puddings and Vegetables.. YUM!
Then being a extra fatty! I had half a ham and mushroom pizza with Mikey and a milkshake! (this isn't sounding good is it?)
DAY 15 everybody hates a Monday! so... for Breakfast I had a bowl of cornflakes with a lovely cup of coffee.
Lunch I had one of my favourites Lentil soup and some crusty bread, It fills the spot and my taste buds can't get enough!
Dinner: Classic Spagbol Can't go wrong!
Good thing about today was I didn't realise I have tomorrow off, which just made my day!
Bad thing I got on the scales (something you shouldn't do before weigh day) and it turns out I'm 12 stone 6 which means I've gained 4 pounds in 3 days WTF? never weigh yourself in the afternoon!
I am in Love with this song at the moment!
Ushers voice is to die for and Nicki, every time I listen to her, I don't know why but it just makes me feel so confident... I can't explain it!
Another thing I love it when there a male singer and female rapper in one track just proves that roles can be reversed!

Oh my goodness, I am so far behind at the moment. Friday was weigh day and I was supposed to upload my weekly weigh day video but I haven't been in the right frame of mind tbh. That will be uploaded on Monday at the latests, sorry for the delay . :)
Well Weigh day was a massive surprise and it turns out after the bad week of eating I had, I actually lost weight! Can't wait to tell you all about it in my video... So.... What I ate.
Breakfast: I had egg on toast, it was actually a really late breakfast around 1pm, so it was technically lunch LOL
Lunch: I had a cheese sandwich and that was at 4pm LOL like I said I'm all over the place at the moment.
Dinner: We round Mikey's brothers house which was really nice and had a mini BBQ. I didn't eat that much though.
and that was it really..I'm really excited for you all to see my week 2 video, when I finally get round to doing it!

I had such an unhealthy (by unhealthy I hardly had anything to eat) day on Thursday!
For Breakfast I had 2 mini croissants and a cup of coffee
For Lunch I had a Cheese sandwich and a chocolate bar
THAT'S IT!!!
Then when I got to work I started to feel so ill and ended being sick all afternoon. As soon as I got home I was more sick and got into bed and watched a goofy movie (Disney Makes everything better)
Mikey came in with some crackers because he said I needed something to eat, I struggled to eat them and straight after I was sick again!

Al-right Loves!
I know Friday's are supposed to be about doing something that makes you feel good, but honestly all I have done is cry!
It's just been one of those days. Everything's just gotten to much for me and I need to take a break from it, We have been trying to buy this house since June and it has turned out to be one of the most stressful things I have ever done, and as soon as you get closer to it something pushes you back to square 1!
Sometimes I just want to be a little girl again and not worry about a thing! I'm really sorry if this post has grimmed you out a bit, but it;s a natural thing to cry and in the end it's good to let all that emotion out because Tomorrow I will feel amazing!

On Wednesdays we talk about Weddings!
Today's post is one where I will be needing lots of opinions and suggestions!
For me a wedding is something that reflects on the couple getting married, it's about their personalities, Love, taste, and that they want to spend the rest of their lives together. I don't understand why everything has to be done a certain way! I am quite traditional with fathers walking brides down the aisle, a top table, first dance, throwing the bouquet etc..... but a Sit down 5 course fancy meal? really it costs far too much money and hardly anybody likes what's on the menu and most of all that is NOT Mikey and I.
Mikey and I are very laid back people and would rather go to McDonalds than a fancy restaurant, I mean the first thing we ate together was a Kebab! I was 16 but I was happy with it, much more than spending loads on a three course meal, don't get me wrong we like nice food and now we are older go to some lovely restaurants, but a posh meal isn't really how we roll LOL.
At a wedding having that expensive sophisticated meal is a waste of time because every one rushes it as the want to get to the celebrating, I think a NICE buffet would be a lot better, NOT finger sandwiches and sausage rolls, it's a wedding not a picnic. But maybe a few different hot dishes like chilli con carne, shepards pie, or a carvery! still have people sat down to eat it where you assign, and your top table as it's traditional, but I'd just find it a lot more chilled, less costs and that way you have more time to mingle with your guests and celebrate the best day of your life with the love of your life and beloved family and friends!
This is my opinion on the whole idea and isn't something we have decided to do or not, I want to see how many people would go for the 3-5 course meal or a chilled out buffet and LOTS of opinions and suggestions this is all very new to me!

Ooooops I've been naughty!
For some reason my body clock is set to wake up at half 8 when I went to wake up at half 7, so that always sets a bad start to the day, and today in particular was a mad rush, my mum was driving this morning and she always comes 10 minutes before we usually leave the house, and we don't want to keep her waiting, I left half dressed.
After loads of meetings at the bank, a quick coffee and some shopping, it got to midday and I realised I hadn't had any Breakfast! the most important meal of the day!
So to substitute breakfast I had an extra large Lunch but the "extra" bit was complete crap! I ate half a tub of chocolate cornflake snacks (Which is about 5, still a lot I know) and a cheese sandwich (white bread)
Dinner, like I say dinner is always difficult because I don't make it. Tonight we had lasagne (oven meal) and Normally we have chips with it, but I forgot to tell Mikey I didn't want chips and just the lasagne, so I ended up eating chips too!
I've only just finished dinner and I'm still hungry! I want to be completely honest with you, I am getting up to get some chocolate, seen as I've been feeling pooey most of the week, I deserve it LOL.
I highly doubt I have lost any weight this week and I've probably gained some! That is really going to bring me down, but I WON'T GIVE UP!! Monday and Tuesday really threw me off course that's al, plus Fridays is also rent day so I won't be able to afford to eat haha.
anyway loves, that's it for me.... (*gets up and grabs some chocolate*)
I've been completely honest and don't expect good results Friday :( hehe

I have literally been so busy the past two days, I can't even remember what I have done! as for the routine and eating healthy,,,, I have completely lost track of everything.
I don't want to be too vivid but it's my time of the month and I just feel bloated and grungy. I've had a migraine since Monday after a stressful morning at the bank, so my head has been so fuzzy haven't had time to blog and all I have done is sleep and work.
OK... DAY 8. For breakfast which I had really late, I had a bowl of crunchy nut cornflakes, Lunch was a tostada with tomatoes and fresh cheese and Dinner I had steak pie and some chips.
DAY 9.. Breakfast again was a bowl of crunchy nut cornflakes. Lunch I had lentil soup! I another reason for loving cold weather is Soup, I love soup it makes me feel 10 times better and the Lentil soup my mum makes is amaze-balls! Dinner. I have just had the most unhealthiest meal EVER! 2 Slices of toast, beans, 2 eggs and 2 sausages! I feel so guilty but to be honest it has made me feel so much better, think I needed something fatty.
However I am dreading Friday (weigh day) I probably gained the two pounds I lost just by eating tonight's dinner!
I find it so hard to diet/eat healthier I don't really know meal plans I could uses and it's so difficult to organize dinner as I'm not there, if you have any suggestions PLEASE let me know, I'm feel a bit of a failure at the moment so every little helps.
Everything is back to normal tomorrow will be posting my wedding Wednesday's and I'm so sorry I missed music Monday's and tasty Tuesday's I just haven't been feeling myslef.

GUYS its all gone wrong! So Friday (DAY 5) started all good turned I lost 2 pounds/ 1 kg. I was feeling great, until the day just got a bit too much and my mood changed completely, I even had to invite my mum round for a movie day just to feel better and she came with a can a coke and that's where it went down hill.....
I swore I wouldn't drink any fizzy drinks unless I went out for a dinner, but I was so thirsty and sick of water I drank it! I felt so unbelievably guilty after and at that point I was like Fudge it! it's the weekend, Positive thinking but not the best attitude when dieting.
Its not like I ate a large amount Friday but I didn't cut down on the things I should of for example we had fish cakes, chips and spaghetti hoops, I'm the type of girl who can eat the same sometimes even more than her boyfriend! and we normally have 3 fish cakes each which is a lot I think but there so YUM! I was going to have 2 but I ended up having 3, (No will power).
Right Saturday (DAY 6), standard bowl of crunchy nut for breakfast, Cheese Sandwich (brown bread) packet of crisps and a cheese string for Lunch. Then later on we were going out for a meal with friends and we ended up going to this amazing!!! Diner called Route 66 where the portions are just WOAAH! I shouldn't of but apart from a huge main course Cajun Chicken Pasta I also had a starter, a Combo platter for two with my friend which consisted of... Garlic mushrooms, garlic bread. potato skins, chicken goujons, and buffalo wings (OMG) so I was a little fatty, BUT I never had a milkshake which I am so proud that I didn't because I could of no challenge LOL. Then we had a few drinks and I drank 3 glasses of Lambrusco but everyone deserves a drink at the weekend ;)
So that brings us to today, Sunday (DAY 7) I got up really late so I missed most of today's eating time hehe, I woke up around 1 and had a smoothie and a cereal bar, then all day I have just been picking think I had 2 cheese strings ( I am so greedy) and a tiny bit of some weight watchers pasta that Mikey was eating, he's not on a diet but I forgot to do a food shop so the fridge is a bit empty lol.
I've had such a chilled Sunday, movie day with Mikey and now he's making me a lovely (smells amazing) chicken and potato curry, I'm so lucky, and I might as well finish the rest of the lambrusco there is only a few glasses left and I've got a busy week ahead.
Anyway loves that is all I have eaten this weekend, I've probably put on the 2 pounds I lost but I'm going to work extra hard at it this week!

While I am typing this I am starving and watching Mikey eat a Kit kat yoghurt! waaaaaaa! I can't take it any more, It's weigh day tomorrow and I really hope I've lost some weight because this is always the point I give up!
