If you''re not a stranger you'll know this isn't the first weight loss post. I've moaned; brainstormed, blogged and shed many tears about this particular subject! but I'm not going to stop! haha
Today, I joined a weight loss club called "Colour me slim" which is an equivalent of slimming world (I think) I never wanted to join one of these club but it's my last hope! I want to lose a stone in a month which will take a lot of work and probably not happen but let's have faith people!
Anyhhoooow! I got lots of good info and booklets which has made me feel very positive (not like yesterday) and will be posting regular posts about how's it going if anyone wants some info on it.
Basically, (bare with me because I've only been once) you can choose between to types of days a "Red day" where its mainly meat or a "green day" which is mainly carbs in the booklet it gives you a list of foods you can eat as much as you want, which suits me! and you're allowed 15 sins a day and the encourage them to use them, if not it can be very depressing and disheartening which is brill!

I have exactly one month before my wedding dress fitting so let's do this!
