Going on a HEALTH KICK! Well attempting to!

Hey lovelies

So this blog post isn't really about expressing my opinion it's more about asking for advice!

I'm desperate to loose a bit of weight and tone up but I lack in motivation and will power.

I honestly don't know what to do! So here are some things I need help with!

DIET 

When trying to loose weight or are the best things to eat and  what things do I avoid?
I go from eating loads to eating nothing, it doesn't work and makes me quite ill!
When it comes to planning meals it's sooo difficult as I'm trying to loose weight and I want Mikey to gain a bit!


EXERCISE


Would you join the gym? I have given the gym ago before and tbf I did really enjoy it, I was more motivate to go to the gym than to do an exercise video, probably because I love the machines haha.
What I need to do is get the flab to flab off my bum and legs! tone up my stomach and get the bingo wings to fly away!


HELP

So I need some help people, any advice, experiences that you think might help PLEASE let me know! Getting married in 10 months!

  1. Right it's definitely not good to go from eating to nothing! I recommend going gluten and dairy free...really helped me and improved my skin. Apart from that youtube yoga and go crazy on that, also Pilates and any work out vid on youtube is helpful xoxo
